When e-mailing your articles, note that we prefer them to be in Microsoft Word format where possible. Any images or artwork that you include with your article and wish to be considered for publication should be in either .tif or .jpeg format. PLEASE NOTE that any pictures of minors MUST be accompanied by parental permission in the form of a hard copy written letter or preferably by using our parental consent form whch can be requested from HERE. We CANNOT accept parental permission by e-mail. Any organisations that obtain this permission as a matter of course, must inform us of this, again either by hard copy written letter or by e-mail.

When submitting articles by e-mail, to help us avoid errors (and yes, make our lives easier!), please ensure any file attachments include the name of your organisation in its file name. This helps us to avoid the situation where we receive numerous but less than unique files ALL bearing the same names; for example, multiples of “June Focus.doc” or “November Focus.doc” from different sources are received every month!

Also, PLEASE ENSURE that your article reaches us by the deadline date and time; if it is received after the deadline your article will not be included.
